With Online Dating, You’re Missing Something Obvious
It’s pretty safe to assume that the whole world is online right now. And nowhere is that more obvious than with dating.

Your age, your name, even your height. If you think they shouldn’t be important, think about the things you check when you look at someone else's profile. If something like your height doesn’t matter to you, then the kind of person that cares probably isn’t a match for you anyway, so by sharing your info you’re actually helping yourself filter out the bad matches.
2) Share. More. Than. One. Picture.
We’ve actually written an entire article on exactly this (find that here), but you wouldn’t match with someone who only shared a blurry picture wearing sunglasses, so why would you expect someone to match with you if you do the same. You want approximately four:
A clear picture of your face (what you look like)
A picture of the rest of you (what you look like in context)
A picture of you having fun (what you enjoy)
And a picture of what you like to do (what is important to you)
3) Fill in your bio
This is your chance to really share who you are! Think about when you’re online shopping. The pictures and the specifications help you decide what to buy, but the description is what makes the sale. Don’t do yourself a disservice, and give something for your matches to be excited for!
